Abstract

Обсяг кваліфікаційної роботи на тему “Стратегічне управління діяльністю підприємства (на прикладі КП Комунгосп)” викладено на 50 сторінках. Об’єкт дослідження є діяльність комунального підприємства в контексті стратегічного управління. Предметом дослідження є стратегічне управління діяльністю комунального підприємства на основі аналізу теоретичних засад та практичних аспектів впровадження стратегічного управління. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних засад стратегічного управління та реалізація впровадження потенційних інтеграційних аспектів стратегічного управління в комунальне підприємство (на прикладі КП Комунгосп). Практична значущість дослідження полягає в тому, що розроблені рекомендації щодо удосконалення стратегічного управління КП Комунгосп можуть бути використані для покращення його фінансово-економічних показників, підвищення конкурентоспроможності та стійкості для опору з боку приватних компаній, а також для підвищення рівня соціального задоволення населення громади.The scope of the qualification work on the topic "Strategic management of the enterprise's activities (on the example of KP Komunghosp)" is laid out on 50 pages. The object of the study is the activity of a utility company in the context of strategic management. The subject of the study is the strategic management of the activities of the utility company based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the implementation of strategic management. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations of strategic management and implement the implementation of potential integration aspects of strategic management in a communal enterprise (on the example of KP Komunghosp). The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the developed recommendations for improving the strategic management of KP Komunghosp can be used to improve its financial and economic indicators, increase competitiveness and resistance to resistance from private companies, as well as to increase the level of social satisfaction of the community population.
