| dc.description.abstract | Проведено оцінку політики щодо штучного інтелекту (ШІ) в Україні за методологією Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) впродовж 2020-2023 рр. Загальна оцінка політики ШІ в Україні становить 6,5 балів. Політика України в галузі штучного інтелекту сьогодні лише формує підґрунтя для стандартизації та спільних практик з міжнародними партнерами у сфері штучного інтелекту, вона є частково структурованою. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо розвитку політики ШІ в Україні. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Evaluation of Ukraine’s AI policy with methodology of Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) was done. Total evaluation scores of AI policy in Ukraine during 2020-2023 is 6.5. Ukraine’s AI policy today is only forming background for standardization and common practices with international partners at AI sphere. Ukraine's general approach to AI seems consistent with human rights, democratic values and the rule of law. AI policy is partially structured in Ukraine. It is not chaos process, several vectors are present. Recommendations of development of Ukraine’s AI policy were proposed. | en_US |
