Abstract

Фінансовий сектор на сучасному етапі переживає радикальні зміни, що пов‘язані з поширенням цифрових технологій. Поява більш упорядкованих і безпечних продуктів та послуг позитивно впливає на швидкість транзакцій, скоротивши витрати на їх виконання, спростивши процеси обміну інформацією, підвищивши ефективність обробки даних, знизивши витрати на вихід на ринок для нових компаній, формування споживчих уподобань тощо. Нові гравці, а саме FinTech-компанії, впливаючи на зону комфорту традиційних постачальників фінансових послуг, змусили останніх грати за новими правилами гри, прискоривши процес цифрової трансформації ринку фінансових послуг.The financial sector is currently experiencing radical changes that related to the spread of digital technologies. The appearance of more ordered and of safe products and services has a positive effect on the speed of transactions, reducing the costs of their implementation, simplifying the processes of information exchange, increasing the efficiency of data processing, reducing output costs to the market for new companies, formation of consumer preferences, etc. New ones players, namely FinTech companies, influencing the comfort zone of traditional ones providers of financial services, forced the latter to play by new rules of the game, accelerating the process of digital transformation of the financial services market.
