Abstract

Останніми роками актуалізується питання щодо пошуку оптимальних механізмів та засобів захисту права інтелектуальної власності в цілому, а також – її об‘єктів зокрема. Все це зумовлено тим, що із розвитком комп‘ютерних технологій, все частіше виникають питання саме щодо захисту прав на результати інтелектуальної діяльності.

In recent years, the issue of finding optimal mechanisms and remedies for intellectual property rights in general, as well as its objects in particular, has been updated. All this is due to the fact that with the development of computer technologies, more and more questions are raised precisely about the protection of the rights to the results of intellectual activity.
