Abstract

Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – аналіз перспектив розвитку онлайн трейдингу. Основні завдання дослідження: - проаналізувати передумови розвитку онлайн торгівлі; - проаналізувати онлайн-платформи у системі сучасної міжнародної онлайн торгівлі; - надати рекомендації щодо формування ефективних онлайн платформ і екосистем у країнах, що розвиваються. Об’єкт дослідження – онлайн трейдинг (торгівля). Методи дослідження – аналітичний, компаративний та статистичний методи. У першому розділі роботи проаналізовано роль та значення онлайн торгівлі для світової економіки; проведено аналіз розвитку рітейлу як частини онлайн торгівлі. У другому розділі роботи проаналізовано підходи до визначення та типології онлайн-платформ міжнародної торгівлі; визначено переваги та наслідки онлайн-платформ для міжнародного обміну; всебічно проаналізовано ключові завдання багатостороннього регулювання онлайн-платформ міжнародної торгівлі; визначено підходи до нейтралізації ризиків міжнародної цифрової торгівлі. У третьому розділі роботи визначено взаємозв'язки між цифровою економікою та розвитком у групі країн з ринком, що формується; досліджено корпоративний рівень формування цифрових екосистем.The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the prospects for the development of online trading. The main objectives of the study: - analyze the prerequisites for the development of online commerce; - to analyze online platforms in the system of modern international online trade; - provide recommendations for the development of effective online platforms and ecosystems in developing countries. The object of research is online trading. Research methods – analytical, comparative and statistical methods. The first section analyzes the role and importance of online trade for the world economy; an analysis of retail development as part of online trade. The second section analyzes the approaches to the definition and typology of online platforms for international trade; identified the benefits and implications of online platforms for international exchange; comprehensive analysis of key tasks of multilateral regulation of online international trade platforms; approaches to neutralizing the risks of international digital trade are identified. The third section of the work identifies the relationship between the digital economy and development in a group of countries with an emerging market; the corporate level of formation of digital ecosystems is investigated.
