Досвід розвинених країн в міжнародному трансфері технологій

Abstract

У сучасних умовах розвинені країни і країни, що розвиваються беруть активну участь у міжнародному трансфері технологій. На відміну від країн з перехідною економікою вони займають провідні позиції на світовому ринку не тільки за обсягами споживання іноземних результатів науково-технічної діяльності, а й за розмірами експортних технологічних надходжень, які становлять значну частку в структурі платіжного балансу країн. У зв'язку з цим для країн з перехідною економікою особливої актуальності набуває необхідність активного включення в процес міжнародного трансферу технологій.In modern conditions, developed countries and developing countries take an active part in the international transfer of technologies. Unlike countries with a transition economy, they occupy leading positions on the world market not only in terms of consumption of foreign results of scientific and technical activity, but also in terms of export technological revenues, which constitute a significant share in the structure of the countries' balance of payments. In this regard, it becomes especially relevant for countries with a transition economy the need for active inclusion in the process of international technology transfer.
