Вплив цифрової трансформації на банківський сектор

Abstract

Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – дослідження банківського сектору під впливом цифрової трансформації. Об’єкт дослідження – процес цифрової трансформації банківського сектору. Предмет дослідження – особливості використання цифрових технологій у діяльності банків. Методи дослідження – системний аналіз, порівняння та узагальнення, розрахунково-аналітичний метод, табличний та графічний методи. Структура роботи. Основна частина роботи складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі наведено теоретичні основи цифрової трансформації банківського сектору, охарактеризовано види цифрових технологій, які банки використовують у своїй діяльності, з’ясовано вплив цифровізації на функціонування банківських установ. У другому розділі проаналізовано світовий досвід впровадження цифрових технологій у діяльність банківських установ, проведено оцінку цифрової трансформації банківського сектору України, а також наведено проблеми діяльності банків під впливом цифровізації та надано рекомендації щодо їх подолання.The qualification work aims to study the banking sector under the influence of digital transformation. The research object is the banking sector's digital transformation process. The subject of the research is the features of the use of digital technologies in the activities of banks. Research methods are system analysis, comparison and generalization, calculation and analysis, and tabular and graphical methods. Structure of the work. The main part of the work consists of two sections. The first section provides the theoretical foundations of the digital transformation of the banking sector, characterizes the types of digital technologies that banks use in their activities, and clarifies the impact of digitalization on the functioning of banking institutions. The second section analyzes the world experience of implementing digital technologies in the activities of banking institutions, assesses the digital transformation of the banking sector of Ukraine, presents the problems of banks' activities under the influence of digitalization, and provides recommendations for overcoming them.
