Об’єкт правовідносин з кредитування в іноземній валюті

Abstract

В статті наведено систематизацію правових і наукових підходів стосовно складу та характеристик об’єктів правовідносин в сфері кредитування в іноземній валюті. Здійснено розкриття та аналіз наукових підходів і поглядів законодавця на вказане питання для виокремлення узагальнюючого визначення даного аспекту. Встановлено, що на сучасному етапі розвитку наукової думки та правового забезпечення відсутній уніфікований підхід до виокремлення основного складу об’єктів правовідносин зазначеної категорії.

The article presents a systematization of legal and scientific approaches to the composition and characteristics of the objects of legal relations in the field of foreign currency lending. The disclosure and analysis of scientific approaches and views of the legislator on this issue to highlight the generalized definition of this aspect. It is established that at the present stage of development of scientific thought and legal support there is no unified approach to the separation of the main composition of the objects of legal relations of this category.
