Abstract

Актуальність теми роботи полягає у необхідності наукового обґрунтування доцільності впровадження цифровізації бізнес-процесів в українських компаніях, аналізі проблем, що виникають на шляху цього впровадження та розробки рекомендацій з ефективного розвитку цифровізації. Метою кваліфікаційного дослідження є розроблення рекомендацій розвитку цифровізації бізнес-процесів для українських компаній, спираючись на світовий досвід.The relevance of the topic of the work lies in the need for scientific substantiation of the feasibility of implementing digitalization of business processes in Ukrainian companies, analysis of problems arising on the way of this implementation and development of recommendations for the effective development of digitalization. The purpose of the qualification study is to develop recommendations for the development of digitization of business processes for Ukrainian companies, based on world experience.
