Економічні підходи до аналізу інвестиційної привабливості підприємства

Abstract

Мета роботи – проаналізувати економічні підходи до аналізу інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження – процес удосконалення економічних підходів до аналізу інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Методи дослідження, які використовувалися в процесі дослідження та обробки матеріалів: абстрактно–логічний, аналіз і синтез, порівняльний, коефіцієнтний, табличний методи, логічний та системний аналіз. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Визначено сутність інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, фактори її формування, здійснено аналіз інвестиційного ринку України. У другому розділі розглянуто методичні підходи щодо оцінки інвестиційної привабливості, які використовуються у міжнародній та вітчизняній практиці. Розглянуто основні методи оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. У третьому розділі наведені шляхи забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства на прикладі ПАТ «Галенергобудпром». Проведена оцінка інвестиційної привабливості та надані рекомендації для покращення інвестиційної привабливості даного підприємства.The purpose of the work is to analyze economic approaches to the analysis of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The object of the research is the process of improving economic approaches to the analysis of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. Research methods used in the process of research and processing of materials: abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, comparative, coefficient, tabular methods, logical and system analysis. The first chapter deals with the theoretical foundations of assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The essence of the enterprise's investment attractiveness, the factors of its formation, and the analysis of the investment market of Ukraine were determined. In the second chapter, methodical approaches to the assessment of investment attractiveness, which are used in international and domestic practice, are considered. The main methods of assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises are considered. In the third section, the ways of ensuring the investment attractiveness of the enterprise are given on the example of Galenergobudprom PJSC. The assessment of investment attractiveness was carried out and recommendations were made to improve the investment attractiveness of this enterprise.
