Формування іміджу органу місцевого самоврядування (на прикладі Попівської територіальної громади Конотопського району Сумської області)

Abstract

Актуальність теми обумовлена забезпеченістю поглибленого аналізу процесів формування іміджу органу місцевого самоврядування, вивчення ефективних методів та підходів до його створення й управління, а також впровадження сучасних комунікаційних технологій для покращення сприйняття органу з боку громади. Метою роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних основ, оцінка процесів функціонування сільської ради та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо формування позитивного іміджу органу місцевого самоврядування. Методи дослідження: застосування загальнонаукових методів дослідження (аналіз, синтез, дедукція, індукція та ін.), використання загальних методів аналізу державної інституції, вивчення та аналіз законодавчих і нормативних документів, проведення статистичного аналізу, а також застосування системного підходу. Практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у тому, що окремі положення висвітлені у роботі, надані рекомендації можуть бути використані в подальшому у діяльності Попівської сільської ради (Акт від 5.11.2024 р. Про результати впровадження результатів кваліфікаційної роботи магістра).The relevance of the topic is due to the provision of an in-depth analysis of the processes of forming the image of the local self-government body, the study of effective methods and approaches to its creation and management, as well as the introduction of modern communication technologies to improve the perception of the body by the community. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical foundations, evaluate the functioning of the village council and develop practical recommendations for the formation of a positive image of the local self-government body. Research methods: application of general scientific research methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, etc.), use of general methods of the analysis of a state institution, study and analysis of legislative and regulatory documents, statistical analysis, as well as application of a systemic approach. The practical significance of the qualification paper that certain provisions highlighted in the work, the provided recommendations can be used in the future in the activities of the Popivska village council (Act of November 5, 2024 on the results of the implementation of the results of the master's qualification paper).
