Ефективне лідерство в управлінні організацією

Abstract

У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз досліджуваної проблеми, висвітлено сутність та значення ефективного лідерства на підприємстві. Охарактеризовано основні стилі та моделі лідерства, визначено відмінності понять лідера та керівника. Здійснено аналіз взаємовідносин між керівником та підлеглими даного об’єкта дослідження, на основі яких надано рекомендації щодо покращання управлінських функцій керівника ПАТ "Хімтепломаш".In the work, a theoretical analysis of the researched problem is carried out, the essence and meaning of effective leadership at the enterprise is highlighted. The main styles and models of leadership are characterized, the differences between the concepts of a leader and a manager are defined. An analysis of the relationship between the manager and subordinates of this research object was carried out, based on which recommendations were made for improving the management functions of the manager of Khimteplomash PJSC.
