Механізм мотивації персоналу IT-компанії в умовах пандемії

Abstract

Робота присвячена проблемам удосконалення мотиваційного механізму підприємства на прикладі Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Майндкей» (далі – ТОВ «Майндкей»). Метою даної роботи є дослідження мотиваційного механізму та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності методів мотивації ТОВ «Майндкей». Об’єкт дослідження – мотиваційний механізм ТОВ “Майндкей”. Предмет дослідження – відносини, що виникають в процесі реалізації мотиваційних заходів між керівництвом та працівниками підприємства. Методи дослідження – аналітичний, системно-структурний і порівняльний аналізи, економіко-статистичний, аналізу, графічний. Практична значимість даної роботи полягає в тому, що теоретичні положення щодо дослідження мотиваційного механізму доведено до рівня практичних рекомендацій для умов конкретного підприємства. Для ТОВ «Майндкей» сформовано комплекс заходів у напряму вдосконалення мотиваційного механізму та проведена оцінка економічної ефективності цих заходів. Основні результати, яких було досягнуто в процесі виконання кваліфікаційної роботи: дослідження основної класифікації мотиваційних методів на підприємстві; проведення аналізу мотиваційної системи ТОВ “Майндкей”, виявлення шляхів та обґрунтовання ефективності запропонованих заходів, направлених на покращення мотиваційного механізму на підприємстві. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у вдосконаленні існуючого мотиваційного механізму ТОВ «Майндкей», шляхом впровадження системи розвитку експертності робітників та переходу компанії на концепцію роботи «Hybrid Remote Office». Дані нововведення допоможуть підвищити мотивацію працівників, покращити процес продажів та підвищити рівень упізнаваності компанію серед кандидатів України. Інформаційною базою стали інтернет-ресурси, офіційний сайт підприємства, підручники, навчальні посібники, звітність підприємства публікації за тематикою дослідження.-The work is devoted to the problems of improving the motivational mechanism of the enterprise on the example of the Limited Liability Company "Mindk". The purpose of this work is to study the motivational mechanism and provide practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of motivation methods LLC "Mindk". The object of research is the motivational mechanism of Mindk LLC. The subject of research is the relationship that arises in the implementation of motivational measures between management and employees of the enterprise. Research methods are analytical, system-structural and comparative analysis, economic-statistical, analysis, graphical. The practical significance of this work is that the theoretical provisions for the study of the motivational mechanism is brought to the level of practical recommendations for the conditions of a particular enterprise. A set of measures for improving the motivational mechanism was formed for Mindk LLC and an assessment of the economic efficiency of these measures was conducted. The main results that were achieved in the process of qualifying work: a study of the basic classification of motivational methods in the enterprise; analysis of the motivational system of Mindk LLC, identification of ways and substantiation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures aimed at improving the motivational mechanism at the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work is to improve the existing motivational mechanism of Mindk LLC by implementing a system of development of workers' expertise and the company's transition to the concept of "Hybrid Remote Office". These innovations will help increase employee motivation, improve the sales process and increase the company's visibility among Ukrainian candidates. The information base became Internet resources, the official website of the enterprise, textbooks, manuals, reporting of the enterprise publications on the research topic.
