Розробка програми з розвитку культурно-емоціонального середовища в організації

Abstract

Робота містить аналіз передумов для формування культурно-емоційного середовища та опис моделі за особливостями функціонування культурно-емоційного середовища. Проведено аналіз кращих практик формування й розвитку культурно-емоційного середовища на базі створеної нами моделі функціонування середовища. Зроблено загальні висновки з апробації програми розвитку емоційного середовища, а також рекомендації з удосконалення даного середовища в організації.The work contains an analysis of the prerequisites for the formation of a cultural-emotional environment and a description of the model based on the features of the functioning of the cultural-emotional environment. The analysis of the best practices of the formation and development of the cultural and emotional environment was carried out on the basis of the model of the functioning of the environment created by us. General conclusions were drawn from the approbation of the emotional environment development program, as well as recommendations for improving this environment in the organization.
