Фінансова система як об’єкт управління фонду державного майна України

Abstract

У статті зосереджено увагу на функціонуванні фінансової системи України на сьогодні, що обумовлено занепокоєнням щодо її безпеки. Світова глобалізація економіки, активні перетворення, виникнення і розвиток нових фінансово-валютних інструментів, а з цього і нових відносин, що охоплюють і податкові, валютні, банківські правовідносини, правовідносини у сфері господарської діяльності вимагають абсолютно нових підходів у правовому регулюванні функціонування фінансової системи держави.The article focuses on the functioning of the financial system of Ukraine today, due to concerns about its security. Global globalization of the economy, active transformation, the emergence and development of new financial and monetary instruments, and from this and new relationships, covering both tax, currency, banking relationships, legal relationships in the field of economic activity require absolutely new approaches in the legal regulation of the functioning of the financial system of the state.
