Analysis of Effectiveness of Chinese TNCs: Tencet case study

Abstract

Thesis focusing on: study the specifics of work by the companies of China. Their rise in last 20 years, and the ability to go from zero to one of the biggest companies in the world, and their ability now to compete with the revenues made by some countries. The goals of the purpose of the work was: The analysis of specific of transnational companies from China; the story of Tencent rise and their possible future projects and forecasts; the comparison of Chinese specifics to the specifics of other world TNC work; analysis of effective spheres where companies of China were able to take a lead.Дипломна робота на тему: вивчення специфіки роботи компаній Китаю. Їхній підйом за останні 20 років, можливість перейти від нуля до однієї з найбільших компаній світу, а також їхня здатність конкурувати з доходами деяких країн. Цілями роботи були: аналіз специфіки транснаціональних компаній з Китаю; історія зростання Tencent та їхні можливі майбутні проекти та прогнози; порівняння китайської специфіки зі специфікою роботи інших світових ТНК; аналіз ефективних сфер, в яких компанії з Китаю змогли посісти лідерство.
