Abstract

В роботі розглянута єкономічна сутність кадрового потенціалу та функції управління кадровим потенціалом підприємства, показники оцінки розвитку кадрового потенціалу та методи оцінювання кадрового потенціалу підприємства. Проведена організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємства, визначено основні напрямки з розвитку кадрового потенціалу підприємства, зроблено економічне обгрунтування запропонованих заходів.The paper examines the economic essence of the personnel potential and the functions of managing the personnel potential of the enterprise, the indicators of the development of the personnel potential, and the methods of evaluating the personnel potential of the enterprise. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise were carried out, the main directions for the development of the personnel potential of the enterprise were determined, the economic justification of the proposed measures was made.
