Management of the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise (case study of the LLC “TEKHNOKHIM”)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню сутності поняття інноваційного потенціалу промислового підприємства та розробці методів і практичних рекомендацій щодо ефективного управління ним. В роботі розглянуто різні теоретичні підходи до визначення інноваційного потенціалу, проаналізовано його складові та узагальнено наукові трактування цього поняття. Актуальність дослідження полягає в необхідності розуміння сутності та ефективного управління інноваційним потенціалом промислових підприємств в умовах постійних змін у світовій економіці та стрімкого розвитку технологій. Особливої актуальності набуває той факт, що інновації стають ключовим чинником конкурентоспроможності підприємств, а ефективне управління інноваційним потенціалом дозволяє істотно підвищити їх фінансову стійкість і позиції на ринку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінки та управління інноваційним потенціалом промислового підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «ТЕХНОХІМ». Основну увагу приділено аналізу сучасних методичних підходів до управління та оцінки інноваційного потенціалу промислового підприємства. Розроблені рекомендації базуються на практичному досвіді та сучасних тенденціях розвитку інноваційних процесів.The thesis is devoted to the study of the essence of the concept of the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise and the development of methods and practical recommendations for its effective management. The paper examines various theoretical approaches to the definition of innovation potential, analyzes its components, and summarizes scientific interpretations of this concept. The relevance of the study lies in the need to understand the essence and effective management of the innovation potential of industrial enterprises in the conditions of constant changes in the global economy and rapid development of technologies. Of particular relevance is the fact that innovation is becoming a key factor in the competitiveness of enterprises, and effective management of innovation potential can significantly increase their financial stability and market position. The aim of the thesis is to develop methodological approaches and practical recommendations for evaluating and managing the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise using the example of LLC “TEKHOKHIM”. The main attention is paid to the analysis of modern methodological approaches to the management and assessment of the innovation potential of an industrial enterprise. The developed recommendations are based on practical experience and modern trends in the development of innovation processes.
