Академічна доброчесність – шлях до захисту інтелектуальної власності українських науковців

Abstract

Освіта є основою для розвитку будь-якого суспільства, і саме тому дослідження академічної доброчесності, як основи права інтелектуальної власності у вітчизняній науці є перспективним особливо в умовах входження України до європейського освітнього простору. Для успішного здійснення процесів модернізації в євроінтеграційному контексті важливого значення набуває правове регулювання цієї сфери, яке стає ефективним інструментом виходу вітчизняної освіти на новий та більш якісний рівень. Університет, з його академічною власністю, стає головним локомотивом науки в Україні. Тому, однією із найактуальніших проблем розвитку сучасної української освіти є створення, вдосконалення та подальший розвиток системи заходів направлених на нівелювання академічної нечесності, роз'яснення небезпек, пов'язаних з академічною нечесністю, культивування цінностей індивідуального успіху й пріоритетності особистих інтересів. Саме тому, вивчення академічної доброчесності в розвинених наукових країнах світу як основи інтелектуальної чесності надасть змогу критично оцінити стан справ в України, розкрити недоліки, визначити переваги та виробити шляхи подолання академічної нечесності в окремому вітчизняному навчальному закладі.

Education is the basis for the development of any society, and this is why the study of academic honesty, as the basis of intellectual property rights in domestic science, is promising, especially in the context of Ukraine's accession to the European educational space. For the successful implementation of the modernization processes in the European integration context, the legal regulation of this sphere becomes important, which becomes an effective tool for the domestic education to a new and higher quality level. The University, with its academic property, becomes the main locomotive of science in Ukraine. Therefore, one of the most pressing problems of the development of modern Ukrainian education is the creation, improvement and further development of a system of measures aimed at leveling academic dishonesty, clarifying the dangers associated with academic dishonesty, cultivating the values of individual success and the priority of personal interests. That is why studying academic integrity in the developed scientific countries of the world as the basis of intellectual honesty will provide an opportunity to critically evaluate the state of affairs in Ukraine, to reveal deficiencies, to identify the benefits and to work out ways to overcome academic dishonesty in a separate national educational institution.
