Abstract

Основною особливістю розвитку соціально-економічних систем є ключова роль у ньому людського фактора. Саме людина задає вектор розвитку таких систем, визначаючи основні цілі, до яких система повинна прагнути у своєму розвитку. З іншого боку, людина виступає як провідний реалізатор, забезпечуючи своєю діяльністю основні засоби для досягнення поставлених соціальних та/або економічних цілей (наприклад, задоволення певних матеріальних чи духовних потреб, отримання прибутку тощо).The main feature of the development of socio-economic systems is the key role of the human factor in it. It is the person who sets the vector of development in such systems, determining the main goals the system should strive for in its development. On the other hand, a person acts as the leading implementer, providing by his activity the primary means for achieving the set social and/or economic goals (for example, satisfying certain material or spiritual needs, making a profit, etc.).
