Еnhancement of market entity management: Healthy approach using EU experience

Abstract

У розділі монографії здійснена комплексна оцінка проблемних аспектів забезпечення та управління медичними кадрами системи охорони здоров'я медичного закладу Сумського регіону України «Липоводолинська лікарня». Авторами розроблено пропозиції щодо нівелювання негативних тенденцій у питаннях кадрового забезпечення закладу та підвищення якості надання послуг даного ринкового суб'єкту.In the section of the monograph, a comprehensive assessment of problematic aspects of the provision and management of medical personnel of the health care system of the medical institution of the Sumy region of Ukraine "Lypovodolinska hospital" was carried out. The authors have developed proposals for leveling negative trends in matters of staffing of the institution and improving the quality of services provided by this market entity.
