The mechanism of attracting foreign investment in the economy of Ukraine

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена розробці комплексного механізму стимулювання залучення іноземних інвестицій в економіку України. Розглянуто сутність та значення інвестицій та міжнародної інвестиційної діяльності. Проаналізовано державне регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в Україні, інвестиційний клімат та динаміку іноземних інвестиційних потоків в економіку України. Розроблено концептуальні основ комплексного механізму стимулювання залучення іноземних інвестицій з трьома ключовими складовими: інституційно-правовою, територіально-організаційною та бюджетно-податковою.

The qualification bachelor’s paper is devoted to the development of the comprehensive mechanism for stimulating the foreign investments attraction in the Ukrainian economy. The essence of pole investments and international investment activity are considered. The paper analyzes the state regulation of investment activity in Ukraine, the investment climate and the dynamics of foreign investment flows in the economy of Ukraine. Conceptual bases of the complex mechanism of stimulation of foreign investments attraction with three key components: institutional and legal, territorial-organizational, buget and tax are developed.
