Обґрунтування підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є дослідження резервів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства та обґрунтування шляхів їх використання. Об’єктом дослідження є господарська діяльність підприємства в умовах ринкової економіки. Предметом дослідження є процеси, механізми та інструменти забезпечення ефективної діяльності підприємства, а також шляхи їх удосконалення з метою підвищення загальної результативності функціонування організації. Методи дослідження. У процесі роботи було використано такі методи: порівняльний і фінансово-економічний аналіз, методи системного та структурнофункціонального підходу, аналіз і синтез, графічний метод, узагальнення та моделювання. Практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра полягає у можливості застосування запропонованих теоретичних положень і практичних рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств, зокрема в частині оптимізації ресурсів, зниження витрат, впровадження організаційних змін та інновацій.The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work is to study the reserves for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise and justify the ways of their use. The object of the study is the economic activity of the enterprise in a market economy. The subject of the study is the processes, mechanisms and tools for ensuring the effective operation of the enterprise, as well as ways to improve them in order to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization's functioning. Research methods. The following methods were used in the work: comparative and financial and economic analysis, methods of the system and structural-functional approach, analysis and synthesis, graphic method, generalization and modeling. The practical significance of the bachelor's qualification work lies in the possibility of applying the proposed theoretical provisions and practical recommendations to increase the efficiency of the enterprise, in particular in terms of resource optimization, cost reduction, implementation of organizational changes and innovations.
