Системний підхід до формування стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку регіону

Abstract

Суспільство своєю діяльністю унеможливлює власний розвиток у майбутньому. Безперечно, за цих умов необхідною є зміна парадигми суспільного розвитку, головною метою якого має стати досягнення планомірного когерентного соціо-природного розвитку. Подібний розвиток забезпечить перерозподіл природних благ, умов та можливостей з урахуванням життя наступних поколінь. В основі такого розвитку суспільства лежать ідеї справедливості та гуманізму. Нову парадигму розвитку необхідно формувати з урахуванням синергетичних засад в умовах великої кількості та різноманітності суспільних відносин, багатофакторності та багатокритеріальності розвитку, а також ймовірнісного характеру прийнятих рішень щодо розвитку економічних систем різних рівнів.

By its activities, society makes its own development impossible in the future. Undoubtedly, under these conditions, it is necessary to change the paradigm of social development, the main goal of which should be the achievement of planned coherent socio-natural development. Such development will ensure the redistribution of natural resources, conditions and opportunities, taking into account the lives of future generations. The ideas of justice and humanism are at the basis of this development of society. The new paradigm of development must be formed taking into account synergistic principles in the conditions of a large number and diversity of social relations, multifactorial and multicriteria development, as well as the probabilistic nature of decisions made regarding the development of economic systems at various levels.
