Автори досліджують сучасні підходи до аналізу бізнес-моделей у контексті цифрової трансформації підприємств. Проведено аналіз останніх наукових публікацій для визначення ключових тенденцій у цьому напрямку. Описано підхід до аналізу моделей бізнес-процесів, що враховує специфіку діяльності підприємства та його стратегічні цілі в умовах цифрової трансформації. Автори запропонували гнучку методологію, яка дозволяє ефективно адаптувати бізнес-процеси до потреб та завдань підприємства, що є критичним у швидкозмінному бізнес-середовищі цифрової економіки та сприяє стійкому розвитку.The authors explore modern approaches to the analysis of business models in the context of the digital transformation of enterprises. An analysis of the latest scientific publications was carried out to determine the key trends in this direction. An approach to the analysis of business process models is described, which takes into account the specifics of the enterprise's activities and its strategic goals in the conditions of digital transformation. The authors proposed a flexible methodology that allows you to effectively adapt business processes to the needs and tasks of the enterprise, which is critical in the rapidly changing business environment of the digital economy and promotes sustainable development.
