Управління дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства

Abstract

У роботі досліджено економічну сутність поняття «дебіторська заборгованість»; розглянуто теоретичні основи системи управління ДЗ; узагальнено методичні підходи до оцінки дебіторської заборгованості; здійснено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану АТ «Сумський завод «Насосенергомаш»; оцінено структурні зміни в дебіторській заборгованості досліджуваного підприємства на основі аналізу стану, динаміки та ефективності її управління; удосконалено систему управління ДЗ на основі використання моделі оптимізації розміру та оборотності дебіторської заборгованості.The paper deals with the economic essence of the concept of "receivable"; theoretical bases of the receivables management system are considered; methodological approaches to the estimation of accounts receivable are generalized; the financial and economic state of JSC “Sumy Plant“ Nasosenergomash ”was analyzed; structural changes in the receivables of the studied enterprise are estimated on the basis of the analysis of the condition, dynamics and effectiveness of its management; іmproved of the receivables management system based on the use of the model of optimization of size and turnover of receivables.
