Abstract

Теоретико-методологічні основи стратегічного управління територіальними громадами формують підґрунтя для ефективного, цілеспрямованого та сталого розвитку територій. Їх правильне застосування дозволяє громадам формувати конкурентні переваги, вирішувати актуальні проблеми та забезпечувати добробут мешканців. Стратегічне управління - це процес довгострокового цілеспрямованого впливу на розвиток територіальної громади, що ґрунтується на аналізі середовища, формуванні стратегічного бачення, визначенні пріоритетів розвитку, мобілізації ресурсів та реалізації політик задля досягнення сталого та збалансованого зростання. Стратегічне управління є не лише інструментом управління громадою, а й ключовим чинником її сталого розвитку.The theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management of territorial communities form the basis for effective, targeted, and sustainable development of territories. Their proper application enables communities to build competitive advantages, address pressing issues, and ensure the well-being of residents.

Strategic management is a process of long-term, goal-oriented influence on the development of a territorial community, based on environmental analysis, the formation of a strategic vision, the identification of development priorities, the mobilization of resources, and the implementation of policies to achieve sustainable and balanced growth. Strategic management is not only a tool for governing a community but also a key factor in its sustainable development.
