Тема кваліфікаційної роботи є актуальною і обгрунтованою, оскільки останнім часом спостерігається збільшений інтерес до проп-трейдингу як способу заробітку та інвестування. Він став популярним серед молодих підприємців і інвесторів, що створює потребу в розумінні процесу формування та розвитку власного бізнесу в цій галузі. Тому метою роботи є дослідження ключових аспектів та особливостей формування і розвитку власного бізнесу у сфері проп-трейдингу на сучасному етапі. Об’єктом дослідження є підприємницька діяльність у сфері проп-трейдингу, яка включає торгівлю різними фінансовими інструментами, такими як акції, валюти, товари, фондові індекси тощо. Предметом дослідження є аналіз процесу формування й ефективного розвитку власного бізнесу в цій галузі. Основні методи дослідження, які використовувалися в досліженні, включають: аналіз літератури, спостереження, кейс-студії. У першому розділі «Теоретичні аспекти проп-трейдингу» визначено поняття проп-трейдингу, досліджено основні принципи та інструменти проп-трейдингу, проаналізовано переваги і недоліки проп-трейдингу. У другому розділі «Стратегічні та практичні аспекти проп-трейдингу» здійснено аналіз торгових стратегій, досліджено практичні аспекти проп-трейдингу, проаналізовано ринок проп-трейдингу. У третьому розділі «Побудова власного бізнесу у сфері проп-трейдингу» подано інформацію щодо розвитку власного бізнесу на прикладі проп-компанії «True Forex Funds», проаналізовано маркетингові кампанії для успішного розвитку власного бізнесу.The topic of the qualification paper is relevant and well-founded, as there has been an increased interest in prop trading as a means of earning and investing recently. It has become popular among young entrepreneurs and investors, creating a need for understanding the process of forming and developing one's own business in this field. The aim of the work is to study the key aspects and peculiarities of forming and developing one's own business in the field of prop trading in the modern stage. The object of the research is entrepreneurial activity in the field of prop trading, which includes trading various financial instruments such as stocks, currencies, commodities, stock indices, and more. The subject of the research is the analysis of the process of forming and effectively developing one's own business in this field. The main research methods used in the study include literature analysis, observations, and case studies. In the first chapter, "Theoretical Aspects of Prop Trading," the concept of prop trading is defined, the main principles and tools of prop trading are explored, and the advantages and disadvantages of prop trading are analyzed. In the second chapter, "Strategic and Practical Aspects of Prop Trading," an analysis of trading strategies is conducted, practical aspects of prop trading are examined, and the prop trading market is analyzed. In the third chapter, "Formation of Own Business in the Field of Prop Trading," information is provided regarding the development of one's own business using the example of the prop company "True Forex Funds," and marketing campaigns for successful business development are analyzed.
