Экономическая оценка последствий радиоактивного загрязнения окружающей среды (на примере аварии на ЧАЭС)

Abstract

Разработаны научно-методические принципы оценки экономического ущерба в связи с ухудшением здоровья пострадавшего от Чернобыльской аварии населения, а также в связи с отчуждением сельскохозяйственных и лесных угодий. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы социальной защиты населения, пострадавшего от аварии на ЧАЭС. Получены показатели экономического ущерба на единицу уровня воздействия, единицу территории и душу населения.The scientific and methodical approaches to the estimation of the economic damage from the deterioration of the health of population suffered from Chernobyl accident, and from the alienation of agricultural lands and forests are worked out. The recommendations to the improvement of the system of social maintenance of population, suffered from the accident at Chernobyl AES, are worked out. The indices of economic damage by the unit of influence' level, unit of the territory and unit of the population are obtained.
