Порівняльно-правовий аналіз організаційної структури фінансової системи України та зарубіжних країн

Abstract

Кожна з провідних країн світу сприяє розвитку стабільної фінансової системи, як основи для зростання фінансово-спроможного суспільства. Під час прийняття певного конкретного фінансового рішення особа, що займається бізнесом, втілює його в життя за допомогою діючої фінансової системи. Економічна структура будь-якого суспільства без нормально організованого руху коштів між виробничими структурами та державою, державою і населенням, поміж певними регіонами та окремими державами не може функціонувати. Організаційна структура фінансової системи є індикатором, що відображує процеси реального життя суспільства. Світова економічна криза виявила слабкі місця фінансових систем більшості з країн Європейського Союзу, внесла корективи у процеси формування та функціонування її основних ланок та сфер. Орієнтація фінансової політики більшості провідних країн на ё кризових явищ всередині держави призвели до неврівноваженості організаційної структури фінансової системи та актуалізували питання пошуків шляхів їх вдосконалення. На сьогодні питання ефективного функціонування фінансової системи України визначає першочерговим завданням недопущення економічної та політичної нестабільності в країні. Фінансова система України сьогодні має розвиватись в умовах, коли глобалізаційні процеси лише прискорюються і відбувається постійне збільшення всебічної залежності національної економіки нашої держави від зовнішніх чинників впливу. Відповідно відбувається постійне зростання вимог запитів, теоретичних, практичних основ функціонування та діяльності фінансової системи. Постійний пошук нових та ефективних варіантів розвитку фінансової системи країни у руслі загальноєвропейських та світових тенденцій є рушійним механізмом до поглибленого дослідження та пошуку оптимізації організаційно-правової структури фінансової системи України.

Each of leading countries of the world assists to development of the stable financial system, as bases for the increase of financially-solvent society. During the acceptance of certain concrete financial decision a person that carries on business changes him in life by means of the operating financial system. An economic pattern of any society is without the normally organized motion of money between productive structures and state, by the state and population, between certain regions and separate states can not function. An organizational structure of the financial system is an indicator that represents the processes of the real life of society. A world economic crisis educed the weak points of the financial systems of majority from the countries of European Union, amended in the processes of forming and functioning of her basic links and spheres. Orientation of financial politics of most leading countries on overcoming of the crisis phenomena into the state resulted in mental instability of organizational structure of the financial system and актуалізували the question of searches of ways of their perfection. For today the question of the effective functioning of the financial system of Ukraine determines the near-term task of non-admission of economic and political instability in a country. The financial system of Ukraine today must develop in the conditions when the processes of globalization are only accelerated and the permanent increase of all-round dependence of national economy of our state originates from the external factors of influence. Accordingly there is a permanent increase of requirements of queries, theoretical, practical bases of functioning and activity of the financial system. A permanent search of new and effective variants of development of the financial system of country in the river-bed of the European and world tendencies is a motive mechanism to deep research and search of optimization of organizational structure of the financial system of Ukraine.
