Конкурентоспроможне підприємство намагається найбільш ефективно використовувати можливості працівників, при цьому утворюючи всі умови для повної віддачі та інтенсивного розвитку їх потенціалу.Human resource management is an important direction in the management strategy of a modern organization, since in the conditions of modernization of production and innovative economy the role of a person is increasing, and increasingly higher requirements are constantly being placed on the level of knowledge, competence and abilities of a person. A competitive enterprise tries to use the capabilities of employees most effectively, while creating all the conditions for full efficiency and intensive development of their potential.
