Оцінка інвестиційної привабливості України

Abstract

Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи визначається фактом критичної важливості залучення інвестицій в економіку України для підтримання її дієздатності в поточний період часу і, особливо, в перспективі – в контексті повоєнної відбудови. Інвестиції та капітальні вкладення є основним драйвером забезпечення економічного зростання, оскільки внаслідок їх створюється та розширюється виробничий потенціал країни, її виробничі потужності та інфраструктура. Тому питання активізації інвестиційної діяльності всередині країни за рахунок внутрішніх джерел та можливості її збільшення за рахунок залучення джерел іноземних завжди перебували на вістрі економічної науки. Особливо гострої актуальності зазначені питання набувають в умовах воєнного стану. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – на підставі дослідження теоретичних основ та практичних аспектів інвестиційної привабливості України визначити її слабкі сторони та запропонувати шляхи покращення. Основний результат роботи полягає в створенні цілісної концепції, що включає в себе аналіз теоретичних основ функціонування категорії «інвестиційна привабливість» та факторів її формування; дослідження макроекономічних пропорцій національної економіки, що дозволяє оцінити потенціал активізації інвестування за рахунок внутрішніх джерел; дослідження поточного стану міжнародного руху капіталу в Україні; порівняння міжнародної інвестиційної діяльності України та її найближчого сусіда – Польщі; аналіз переваг та слабких сторін поточного стану національної інвестиційної привабливості та пропозиції щодо подолання наявних проблем.The relevance of the topic of the qualification work is determined by the fact of the critical importance of attracting investments to the economy of Ukraine in order to maintain its effectiveness in the current period of time and, especially, in the future - in the context of post-war reconstruction. Investments and capital investments are the main driver of ensuring economic growth, as they create and expand the country's production potential, its production facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the question of intensification of investment activity within the country at the expense of domestic sources and the possibility of its increase at the expense of attracting foreign sources has always been at the forefront of economic science. These issues become especially urgent in the conditions of martial law. The purpose of the qualification work is to identify its weak points and propose ways of improvement based on the study of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of Ukraine's investment attractiveness. The main result of the work consists in the creation of a holistic concept, which includes the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the "investment attractiveness" category and the factors of its formation; the study of macroeconomic proportions of the national economy, which allows to assess the potential of investment activation at the expense of internal sources; study of the current state of international capital movement in Ukraine; comparison of international investment activity of Ukraine and its nearest neighbor - Poland; analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the current state of national investment attractiveness and proposals for overcoming existing problems.
