Abstract

У монографії висвітлені теоретико-методологічні ідеї сталого розвитку, місцевої специфіки розвитку, проблеми мобілізації соцієтального капіталу, його топічні та територіальні аспекти, регіональна практика енергозбереження у реалізації проекту ЄС/ПРООН «Місцевий розвиток, орієнтований на громаду-ІІ».
