Управління комунікаціями проєкту IT- спрямування (на прикладі стартапу BazaIT)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню управління комунікаціями в IT-орієнтованих проєктах на прикладі стартапу BazaIT, що діє у сфері HR-технологій. Предметом що розглядає дана робота є організаційно-економічні відносини, що виникають в процесі управління комунікаціями в проектах IТ-спрямування. Об’єкт дослідження – система комунікацій стартапу BazaIT. Мета роботи: проаналізувати існуючі канали комунікації в стартапі BazaIT, їх організацію, зниження рівня проблем в комунікації, а також розробка стратегій для побудови ефективної системи обміну інформацією. Структура та обсяг магістерської роботи. Магістерська робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел з 22 найменувань. Обсяг роботи становить 48 сторінок, включаючи 2 таблиці, 2 рисунки, та список використаних джерел. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи організації комунікацій, проведено аналіз існуючої системи обміну інформацією та запропоновано практичні рекомендації з оптимізації комунікаційних процесів.The qualification work is devoted to the study of communication management in IT-oriented projects on the example of BazaIT, a startup operating in the field of HR technologies. The subject matter of this work is the organisational and economic relations that arise in the process of managing communications in IT projects. The object of research is the communication system of the BazaIT startup. Purpose: to analyse the existing communication channels in the BazaIT startup, their organisation, reduce the level of communication problems, and develop strategies for building an effective information exchange system. Structure and scope of the master's thesis. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and a list of 22 references. The volume of the work is 48 pages, including 2 tables, 2 figures, and a list of references. The paper discusses the theoretical foundations of communication organisation, analyses the existing information exchange system and offers practical recommendations for optimising communication processes.
