Abstract

Проведено аналіз особливостей управління організацією в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління ТОВ «Нові Ворота Україна» для підвищення її стійкості та ефективності. Управління організацією в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища є однією з ключових проблем сучасного менеджменту. Визначено поняття та сутність управління організацією, розкрито особливості управління організацією в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища. Проведено аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Нові Ворота Україна», оцінено її організаційну структуру та систему управління, досліджено вплив основних зовнішніх факторів на діяльність підприємства, а також визначено проблеми та ризики, що виникають в управлінні організацією через нестабільність середовища. Розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення управління організацією для підвищення її адаптивності та конкурентоспроможності. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для керівників підприємств, менеджерів, які працюють в умовах нестабільності, а також для фахівців, які займаються стратегічним управлінням та розробкою антикризових стратегій.An analysis of the features of organization management in an unstable external environment and the development of practical recommendations for improving the management system of LLC "New Gates Ukraine" to increase its stability and efficiency. Organization management in an unstable external environment is one of the key problems of modern management. The concept and essence of organization management are defined, the features of organization management in an unstable external environment are revealed. The analysis of the activities of LLC "New Gates Ukraine" was carried out, its organizational structure and management system were assessed, the impact of the main external factors on the activities of the enterprise was investigated, and the problems and risks that arise in the management of the organization due to the instability of the environment were identified. Proposals were developed to improve the management of the organization to increase its adaptability and competitiveness. The results of the study can be useful for heads of enterprises, managers working in conditions of instability, as well as for specialists involved in strategic management and the development of anti-crisis strategies.
