dc.description.abstractBangladesh has been showing tremendous advancement in empowering women in the society although Bangladesh is a male dominated society. Among the total number of entrepreneurs in Bangladesh, above 10% are women. Many women have showed and proved their skills and beat their male counterparts in the small and cottage industries, especially the handicrafts sector; while many audacious entrepreneurs have excelled in Small and Medium Enterprises.ru_RU
