Довіра громадян до Уряду та органів місцевого самоврядування є найважливішим принципом, який реалізується в процесі прозорості, цифровізації бюджету, орієнтованого на результат. Використання інструментів цифровізації зміцнює широку громадськість інформаційної грамотності та дає змогу оцінити ефективність влади у реалізації проектів.

Public trust in the Government and local governments is the most important principle implemented in the process of transparency, digitalization of the resultsoriented budget. The use of digitalization tools strengthens the general public information literacy and makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of the government in the projects implementation.
