The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as a founder of renewable energy deployment in Ukraine

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню можливостей залучення фінансових ресурсів через кредитних лінії Європейського Банку Реконструкції та Розвитку для фінансування проектів відновлюваної енергетики в Україні. Проаналізовано теоретичні основи відновлювальної енергетики, тенденції розвитку світового сектору «зеленої» індустрії, державне регулювання сектору відновлювальної енергетики в Україні. Розглянуто кредитні лінії Європейського Банком Реконструкції та Розвитку, спрямовані на фінансову підтримку проектів відновлювальної енергетики в Україні. Проведена апробація реалізації інвестиційного проекту щодо будівництва сонячної електростанції ТОВ «Андрекс» на умовах залучення фінансових ресурсів через кредитну лінію «Ukraine Sustainable Energy Lending Facility».The qualification bachelor’s paper is devoted to the study of the possibilities to attract financial resources through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development credit lines for financing renewable energy projects in Ukraine. The theoretical bases of renewable energy, tendencies of development of the global “green” energy industry, state regulation of the renewable energy sector in Ukraine are analyzed. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development credit lines aimed at financial support of renewable energy projects in Ukraine are considered. The approbation of the implementation of the investment project on the solar power plant construction by Andrex Ltd on the conditions financial resources attraction through the credit line “Ukraine Sustainable Energy Lending Facility” is carried out.
