Abstract

Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню виявлення переваг у створенні та функціонуванні спільних підприємств, як форми виходу на зовнішні ринки, розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації роботи спільних підприємств в Україні. Проаналізовано стан розвитку спільних підприємств в Україні. Розглянуто сутність та визначальні риси спільного підприємства, як форми виходу на зовнішні ринки. Запропонувані основні переваги щодо створення спільного підприємства ТОВ «КЕРАМЕЙА».The qualification bachelor's paper is devoted to the study of identifying the advantages in creating and functioning of joint ventures as a form of entering the external markets, developing practical recommendations for optimizing the work of joint ventures in Ukraine. The state of development of joint ventures in Ukraine is analyzed. The essence and defining features of the joint venture, as the form of entering the external markets, are considered. The main advantages of creating a joint venture of LLC KERAMEYA are proposed.
