Успішне та перспективне впровадження стратегічного управління на підприємстві дозволяє значно знизити вплив невизначеності середовища, підвищити здатність протистояти негативним факторам, забезпечити досягнення конкурентних переваг, формувати позитивний імідж. Саме тому особливо актуальними стають питання, пов’язані з якісним обліково-аналітичним забезпеченням даного процесу на підприємстві, зростає значення аналізу й обґрунтування стратегії його розвитку. That is why the issues related to the quality of accounting and analytical support of this process in the enterprise are becoming especially relevant, the importance of analysis and justification of the strategy of its development is growing.
