Принципи самостійності та бюджетоспроможності бюджетної системи

Abstract

Принцип самостійності бюджетної системи полягає в тому, що держава коштами Державного бюджету не несе відповідальності за бюджетні зобов’язання органів влади та органів місцевого самоврядування, в свою чергу зазначені органи своїми коштами не несуть відповідальності за зобов’язаннями держави та один одного.

Principle of independence of the budgetary system consists in that the state does not carry responsibility the money of the State budget for the budgetary obligations of organs of power and organs of local self-government, the in same queue noted organs are not carried the money responsibility after the obligations of the state and each other.
