Оптимізація роботи медичного персоналу в закладах охорони здоров'я

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади, поняття та сутність управління персоналом, методи управління персоналом та особливості управління персоналом в оздоровчих закладах. У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади ролі медичного персоналу в забезпеченні ефективної діяльності закладів охорони здоров'я, аналіз зарубіжного досвіду управління роботою медиків та основні проблеми оптимізації їхньої роботи в Україні. На основі аналізу діяльності КУ «Сумська міська клінічна лікарня № 5» проведено оцінку системи розподілу навантаження серед медичного персоналу та оцінено ефективність їхньої діяльності за допомогою ключових показників. Результати дослідження показали наявність дисбалансу в розподілі навантаження та недостатню ефективність у використанні робочого часу. У результаті було розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення розподілу робочого часу медичного персоналу, впровадження сучасних технологій для управління їхньою роботою; забезпечення більш ефективної організації роботи персоналу через використання підходів тайм-менеджменту. Очікувані результати включають підвищення ефективності роботи медичного персоналу, зниження рівня перевантаження та покращення якості медичних послуг у закладі охорони здоров'я. Питання, що розглядаються у роботі носять практикоорієнтований характер та були оприлюднені у матеріалах Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції у вигляді тез: Дарвіш А. І., Лук’янихін В. О. The paper explores the theoretical foundations, concepts and essence of personnel management, personnel management methods and features of personnel management in health care facilities. The paper explores the theoretical foundations of the role of medical personnel in ensuring the effective operation of health care facilities, analyzes foreign experience in managing the work of doctors and the main problems of optimizing their work in Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the activities of the Sumy City Clinical Hospital No. 5, an assessment of the workload distribution system among medical personnel was carried out and the effectiveness of their activities was assessed using key indicators. The results of the study showed an imbalance in the workload distribution and insufficient efficiency in the use of working time. As a result, recommendations were developed to improve the distribution of working time of medical personnel, the introduction of modern technologies for managing their work; ensuring more effective organization of personnel work through the use of time management approaches. The expected results include increasing the efficiency of medical personnel, reducing the level of overload and improving the quality of medical services in a health care facility. The issues considered in the work are of a practice-oriented nature and were published in the materials of the International Scientific and Practical Conference in the form of theses: Darvish A.
