Питання ефективності цифровізації у діяльності банків достатньо важливе також для держави та суспільства, оскільки від зазначеного залежить розвиток суспільства та держави. Стратегія розвитку цифрової трансформації у банківському секторі є складним, комплексним, багатогранним питанням.
