"Зелена" трансформація міжнародної торгівлі

Abstract

Мета дослідження – дослідити механізми, етапи та міжнародний досвід зеленої трансформації торгівлі, а також оцінити перспективи, бар’єри та інституційні обмеження для впровадження зеленої торгівлі в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження – світова торгівля в контексті екологічної трансформації. У процесі дослідження охарактеризовано еволюцію поняття зеленої економіки, ідентифіковано її підходи та стратегічні напрями. Проведено аналіз міжнародного досвіду реалізації зеленої трансформації на прикладі Німеччини, Швеції, Південної Кореї та Китаю. Виявлено основні інструменти екологічної політики та фінансування. Особлива увага приділена оцінці стану, потенціалу й інституційної готовності України до переходу на зелений вектор розвитку.The purpose of the study is to investigate the mechanisms, stages and international experience of green transformation of trade, as well as to assess the prospects, barriers and institutional constraints for the implementation of green trade in Ukraine. The object of the study is world trade in the context of ecological transformation. In the process of the study, the evolution of the concept of green economy was characterized, its approaches and strategic directions were identified. An analysis of the international experience of implementing green transformation was conducted using the example of Germany, Sweden, South Korea and China. The main instruments of environmental policy and financing were identified. Special attention was paid to assessing the state, potential and institutional readiness of Ukraine for the transition to a green vector of development.
