Торцева фреза

Abstract

Торцева фреза містить корпус з отворами, циліндричні різальні вставки, які встановлені в цих отворах і закріплені по бічних плоских лисках за допомогою кріпильних гвинтів. Кріпильні гвинти розташовані в нарізних отворах корпусу, осі яких розміщені в площині осі отворів під різальні вставки та перпендикулярні їй. В кожній з різальних вставок виконаний радіальний отвір, вісь якого перпендикулярна осі різальної вставки. У кріпильному гвинті, напроти радіального отвору різальної вставки, уздовж його осі, виконано наскрізний отвір. Діаметр наскрізного отвору відповідає діаметру радіального отвору різальної вставки. Забезпечується спрощення конструкції фрези при збереженні можливості здійснення регулювання осьового положення вставки відносно корпусу фрези. In the fastening screw, opposite the radial opening of the cutting insert, along its axis, an open-end hole is made. The diameter of open-end hole corresponds to the diameter of the radial opening of the cutting insert. Simplification of design of cutter with retention of the possibility of adjustment of axial position of insert relative to mill body is ensured.
