Development of digital skills and entrepreneurial mindset in the European Union

Abstract

The human-centric digital transformation in Ukraine requires advanced digital skills and an entrepreneurial mindset in citizens, business leaders, and employees, hence urgent measures of their formation. Based on this, one of the urgent educational tasks in Ukraine is deepening and widening knowledge of the EU experience in developing advanced digital skills, human-centric innovation, and ntrepreneurship, engaging the academic world, digital transformation experts, and public authorities to disseminate good practices that can improve digital and entrepreneural skills of population and, consequently, speed up the human-centric digital transformation in business and society.
