Abstract
У даній статті досліджено проблеми ціноутворення в ЖКГ. Запропоновано критерії та методику розрахунку диференційованої тарифної ставки на опалення житла як елемента забезпечення дієздатності інноваційної енергозбережної системи централізованого опалення міста, що ґрунтується на принципах спалювання газу для підігріву води.
