Про нейтральність грошей

Abstract

Стаття присвячена особливостям формування грошової пропозиції в сучасних умовах та ступінь її чутливості до змін в економіці. Запропоновано нове тлумачення фундаментальних положень теорії грошей, а саме: нейтральність та екзогенність грошей; зв’язок змін грошової пропозиції та економічної кон’юнктури.Deals with research of fundamental laws of development of crises of monetary circulation. Features of formation of the monetary offer in modern conditions and a degree of its sensitivity to changes in economy are revealed. New interpretation of fundamental categories of the theory of money is offered, namely: a neutrality and exogenous money; connection of changes of the monetary offer and an economic conjuncture.
