Принципи транспарентності в діяльності банківського сектора

Abstract

Метою роботи є дослідження підходів, до забезпечення прозорості діяльності банків та визначення її впливу на фінансові результати. Предмет дослідження: технології та інструменти що використовуються на рівнях НБУ та інших банків з метою забезпечення прозорості та відкритості подання банківської інформації. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглядається роль та місце принципів транспарентності в діяльності банківського сектору. У другому розділі проаналізовано інструментарій реалізації принципів транспарентності на рівні НБУ. У третьому розділі досліджено забезпечення принципів транспарентності на другому рівні банківської системи.The purpose of the work is to research approaches to ensuring the transparency of banks' activities and determining its impact on financial results. The subject of the study: technologies and tools used at the levels of the National Bank of Ukraine and other banks to ensure the transparency and openness of the presentation of banking information. In the first section of the qualification work, the role and place of the principles of transparency in the activities of the banking sector is considered. The second section analyzes the toolkit for implementing the principles of transparency at the NBU level. The third chapter examines the provision of transparency principles at the second level of the banking system.
