Abstract
Обґрунтована необхідність стратегічного управління інфраструктурою міста. Визначені п'ять основних компонентів сталої міської інфраструктури, а саме будівлі, транспорт, енергія, управління відходами та водними ресурсами. Проаналізовані та систематизовані ключові принципи розбудови сталої інфраструктури міста.
The need for strategic management of the city's infrastructure is substantiated. Five main components of sustainable urban infrastructure are identified: buildings, transport, energy, waste and water management. The fundamental principles of building a sustainable city infrastructure are analyzed and systematized.
